There are service fees assessed on all card payments by a third party payment technology company. The city receives absolutely no additional revenue from this service fee.

Accounts are billed on a monthly basis.​
Penalty fees are added to unpaid balances on the last open business day before the 16th of the month.
Persons wishing to establish water service can do so by submitting a new service New Account Form
​
Persons wishing to disconnect service may do so by completing a Account Disconnect Form
​
