Planning Commission Hearing

The Riverside  Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 18, 2025,  at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Riverside City Hall located at 379 Depot Street, Riverside, Alabama. The public hearing will be held to consider a request by Wayne Smith of Pine Harbor Properties LLC to rezone a portion of property located in the 2900 block of Sprayberry Road from A1 - Agricultural District to R1 - Single Family Residential District, as well as an application for preliminary subdivision plat approval for a portion of the property.
