The Riverside Community Shelter project is ongoing as we continue making repairs and maintenance updates to the facility.

The ongoing project will not affect the facility’s availability for emergency shelter purposes during severe weather events.

New reservations remain temporarily suspended, including throughout the upcoming holiday season. We understand that the shelter is a popular gathering place for holiday celebrations and family events, and we regret that it will not be available for new reservations during this time.

All previously confirmed reservations will continue to be honored as scheduled. Residents with existing reservations may proceed with their planned events, although some work may still be in progress during their scheduled use of the facility.

We appreciate everyone’s continued patience and understanding as we work to improve and maintain this community space. We will provide additional updates as the project progresses and as well as when new reservations can resume.
