RFP 25-W9 ADVANCED WATER METER SYSTEM

The City of Riverside, a municipal corporation located in Riverside, Alabama, operating a water utility with approximately 2,000 accounts, is soliciting proposals for updating an Advanced Metering Reading system (RFP-W9-25). The system shall be capable of capturing granular water meter data, in order to streamline operations & improving subsequent billing processes to provide an enhanced level of customer service to water customers. An AMR system shall provide real-time visibility into its operations which will drastically improve billing accuracy, faster customer service response times, & more reliable meter data availability, as well as allowing residents the information needed to control usage, costs, & achieve conservation goals.
